The flat consists of a clean, minimalist, nicely decorated 16 sqm bedroom (for 2 persons) with a mini open plan kitchen + 5 sqm bathroom with a shower unit and a 4 sqm entrance hall.
Turkish GSM Operators (Vodafone, Turkcell etc.) work in the flat thanks to the GPS Signal Booster installed on the roof.
Fast Wi-Fi internet available free of charge.

The studio flat has its own private entrance from the garden. It is one part of a single storey 75 sqm building located on a 1000 sqm land in a lively but also quiet area of Kos Town, Lambi. There are two studios next to each other in the same building (the other studio which is 50 sqm is used by the owner who lives abroad and is usually absent).

Bedroom+Kitchen: 2 connected single beds form a nice King Size Bed which can be arranged to become 2 separate single beds upon request , 2 sets of bed sheets and pillow cases, 2 pillows for each person, a refrigerator with manual cold water dispenser, microwave oven, mini conventional electric oven, filter coffee maker, ceramic electric cooker with 2 hobs, granite sink, A/C, electric kettle, toaster, all necessary kitchen/cooking utensils, a table, 2 chairs, a big wardrobe. 24/7 hot water in the entire flat from the solar water heater.
Bathroom : washing machine, shower system in a closed glass cabinet, hair dryer, 2 bathroom Towels, 2 Hair Towels, 2 face/hand towels (1 for each person) (the towels are not to be taken to the beach, they are for indoor use only).
Garden: 20 sqm outside lawn (under a pergola) to sit and dine. 1 dining table, 2 armchairs, laundry drying rack.
Free in-the-garden Parking space for cars, motocycles, bicycles.

The guests will use the entire studio (bedroom w/ open plan kitchen, the bathroom, the entrance hallway and the 20 sqm veranda in front of the flat. The guests can park their cars, motorcycles, bicycles in the private land where the studio is located.

Check out time is before : 11.00 hrs
The apartment is delivered clean and the tenant is expected to leave it clean. For those who wish to have a cleaning service during their stay, the fee is 25.-Euros. The apartment is cleaned, sheets and towels are changed, the patio is washed.
Prices include electricity charges, but those who spend more than a logical KW by using the air conditioner day and night when they are not at home or by keeping the windows open while having the A/C on, will be charged an additional amount.
